The primary responsibilities of an assembler will be to assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts based on instruction from Assembly Lead.
- Must consistently perform at 80% efficiency rate or expected daily activities in a safe manner with minimal quality issues.
- Learns to use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Learns to perform simple jobs on the phoenix and welder with Assembly Lead oversight.
- Occasionally performs simple bench jobs with Assembly Lead oversight.
- Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
- Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Operates Grinder, Saw and or Air press as required.
- Identifies problems and alerts Assembly Lead for direction on how to resolve the issue.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- Basic math skills to include making calculations of amounts, sizes, or other measurements.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday 5am -3pm with overtime as required on Fridays
