The primary responsibilities of an assembler will be to assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles parts based on instruction from Assembly Lead.
• Must consistently perform at 80% efficiency rate or expected daily activities in a safe manner with minimal quality issues.
• Learns to use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Learns to perform simple jobs on the phoenix and welder with Assembly Lead oversight.
• Occasionally performs simple bench jobs with Assembly Lead oversight.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Operates Grinder, Saw and or Air press as required.
• Identifies problems and alerts Assembly Lead for direction on how to resolve the issue.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
• Basic math skills to include making calculations of amounts, sizes, or other measurements.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination in order to assemble products or machines as directed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday 5am -3pm with overtime as required on Fridays
